CHALLENGE:
Bunker Hill Media was hired by Flow Free PT to help build her brand from the very beginning - website, photos, videos and all! We started with a few photos on a long weekend and built her a clean and fresh website that would stand out. More recently, Chelsea was looking to refresh some of her brand, social and website photos and also wanted to add a few videos into the mix. Her goal is to repurpose these videos for numerous channels ranging from website landing page content to engaging posts for social.
PRODUCTION:
Well if there’s one thing that is really neat about owning your own business it’s that you get to work with some of the best people out there. Lucky for us (and her LOL) Chelsea happens to be our very best friend! Chelsea is an incredible PT, someone who has a goal and mission driven practice and knows how to talk about it. So right off the bat this made our lives as video and photo producers lot easier. Chelsea and our small team at BHM put our heads together to come up with a few different script ideas and conjured up a shot list to knock out some awesome content for our latest visit. We went pretty mean and lean on this project and used our FX3, some small light panels and our trusty RODE mics to crank out some sick vids. Photos were taken at around around a 1/1000 - 1/2000 so that we had those pretty colors but also some sharp action shots. Overall in about two hours we were able to rip out some pretty neat stuff.
