Re•Work & Corinium Global | Video Production

CHALLENGE:

BHM was originally contracted by RE·WORK (and parent company Corinium Global Intelligence) to cover their AI in Healthcare & Pharma Summit in Boston, MA in October, 2022. RE·WORK wanted to create video recordings of their entire speaker lineup on two separate tracks over a two-day period. Our initial shoot was a smashing success, and we have been proud to partner with RE·WORK to provide video coverage for seven events over the last several years.

PRODUCTION:

It’s not often that we find ourselves having to shoot in two completely different locations at once, but this was one of those times! We put together two separate gear kits, one with the Sony FX3, and another with the Sony FX30. Both cameras feature the integrated XLR audio handle, which allowed us to pull audio directly from the mixer in each room. Paired with a 24—105mm lens, we had the perfect setup for both wide shots of the stage, and tights of each presenter.

On our most recent shoot with RE·WORK, we debuted our new FX3 rig (pictured at right), which features a Hollyland Mars M1 Enhanced monitor to ensure we’re nailing our shot, and a Rigid Pro cinerig base with a d-tap splitter and SmallRig v-mount battery to keep us powered all day long.

DELIVERABLES:

  • 1080 HD recordings of every speaker session (the number of sessions has varied between 15 - 35 depending on the event)

  • Basic edits for each recording (including color and audio corrections)

  • We have also captured b-roll footage of networking sessions at certain events
