Victory Programs | Brand Story Video Production

Boston, MA

Projects like this are the reason we do what we do. Victory Programs’ story doesn’t need embellishment, it’s powerful on its own. The people we met were so open to telling their story and deeply caring individuals, and it was an epic journey to sit with them and listen. Everyone who stepped in front of the camera brought something real, and that honesty shaped every frame of this piece.

When we edit, we typically build the full string-out before watching anything as a whole. It’s the best way to experience the story as the viewer will. When we played this one back for the first time, it stopped me. It’s the first project that genuinely made me cry in years. That’s how deeply the work of Victory Programs and the people behind it hits you. We’re grateful for the trust they placed in us, and proud to share their story.

Challenge x Victory Programs :

Victory Programs serves individuals and families in crisis — people facing homelessness, substance use, HIV/AIDS, and other challenges that require compassion, stability, and individualized support. Their work is wide-reaching, deeply human, and rooted in dignity.

The challenge for this project was turning that breadth into a single narrative. They needed a video that could:

  • Tell their story clearly and authentically

  • Highlight the impact of their staff and programs

  • Center the real voices of participants

  • Balance emotion with optimism

  • Fit the tone of their annual fundraising event

The story needed to feel honest, grounded, and hopeful — never performative.Video Production x babe. :

We spent a half day filming on location in Carlisle, MA, capturing a variety of lifestyle moments that could be cut into both the main app banner video and the additional social assets.

A woman with red hair sitting in an office or living room with large windows, green plants, and shelves filled with books and decorative items. The text overlay reads: "Sarah PORTER CEO & President."
A man with a shaved head, wearing a black shirt, is laughing while sitting at a table in a cafe or restaurant with a woman whose face is not visible. The background features brick walls, framed photos, and green plants.

Video Production x Victory Programs :

To tell Victory Programs’ story with authenticity, we centered the video around interviews with staff and program participants. Their voices shaped the narrative and helped us highlight not just what the organization does, but why it matters.

For pre-production, we worked closely with their team to build a focused Creative Plan — including the shot list, interview structure, script outline, and overall tone. We handled logistics, location coordination, and a pre-shoot sync to ensure everything was set.

Over two shoot days in Boston, we captured interviews and b-roll across multiple Victory Programs locations. Our Producer/Director and DP used a two-camera setup with full lighting and audio support to create a polished, comfortable environment for participants.

In post-production, we crafted the five-minute brand story using transcript-driven editing, music, and simple graphics. After one revision round, we delivered all final files and raw footage. The finished film premiered at Victory Programs’ 2025 fundraising event.

Here’s what the client is saying about Bunker Hill Media:

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE VIDEOGRAPHY DUO!! I work at a nonprofit, and we were in a bind to find a videographer fast, and Bunker Hill stepped up to the plate, and they DELIVERED.

What a kind, personable, friendly duo. The population we work with is very sensitive, and they handled it with empathy and compassion.

They turned around a final product in record time, and the visual and audio quality are top tier.

I simply could not recommend them more.
